This award recognises the best use of mail, dimensional or flat, as a medium. Entries must demonstrate the effective use of Customer Relationship Management / database segmentation to deliver targeted, personalised customer communications.
Judges will look for:

how the creative works to engage the target audience

evidence of effective use of database segmentation, targeting and response management

evidence of success in terms of uplift in key performance metrics including, but not limited to: response rate, customer retention rate, brand awareness etc.
