The best use of data to understand customer behaviour, thereby providing insight and targeting for successful communications which drove business performance.

 

Judges will look for:

  • a clear explanation of how the data analysis delivered actionable marketing insight
  • evidence of success in terms of uplift in key performance metrics including, but not limited to: response rate, customer retention rate, brand awareness etc
  • an indication of how the insights will be used to further refine the approach for future campaigns.
