Loyalty/Relationship Programme

A series of communications to a maintained database, designed to develop and recognise a marketing relationship. Entries must clearly identify the enhanced status of the relationship and should preferably show the communication series over the last year or longer.

 

Judges will look for:

  • measurable demonstration of customer relationship management best practice
  • examples of communication elements showing the way in which the relationship is being communicated
  • value enhancement through insights from the relationship
  • ROI.
