Lead generation

Campaigns for new or existing products/services that generate responses as leads for follow-up.  The quality of the leads generated should be a key consideration when reporting results.  Leads might include individuals with addresses, email addresses or mobile numbers.

 

Judges will look for:

  • measurable quantification of the relative value of the leads to the organisation
  • short vs long-term nature of these leads (i.e. this is about quality, not necessarily high volume low quality)
  • ROI.
