Programmes designed to change organisational behaviour, demonstrate adherence to brand authenticity, mobilisation of brand identity and cross-organisational buy-in and engagement.  Include details, where possible, of what influence the campaign had on HR, budget decisions, partnering decisions etc.

Judges will look for:

  • campaigns which have encouraged staff to behave differently
  • company-wide buy-in and commitment to new ideas
  • braveness, especially in corporate environments
  • evidence of measurable outcome of changed internal behaviour
  • ROI.
