Programmes designed to change organisational behaviour, demonstrate adherence to brand authenticity, mobilisation of brand identity and cross-organisational buy-in and engagement. Include details, where possible, of what influence the campaign had on HR, budget decisions, partnering decisions etc.
Judges will look for:
- campaigns which have encouraged staff to behave differently
- company-wide buy-in and commitment to new ideas
- braveness, especially in corporate environments
- evidence of measurable outcome of changed internal behaviour
- ROI.
