A campaign directly related to the retention of current clients, customers, suppliers or sponsors of a product or service via any media.

Judges will look for:

  • measurable proof that the campaign has arrested customer attrition or in some other way increased customer retention
  • demonstration of how the activity has retained customer value, relative ROI of value retained vs expenditure on the campaign.
