Customer Engagement

This award recognises campaigns that achieve customer engagement, encouraging customer loyalty and advocacy. The medium of engagement can be either online or offline, or a combination of both.

 

Judges will look for:

  • measurable statistics that prove the level of engagement across media, and in what ways
  • what made this campaign different from traditional approaches to market
  • either how it has enhanced long term customer engagement OR can be seen to strategically support this for the future.
  • ROI.
