Customer Acquisition

Campaigns that directly contributed to the acquisition of new clients, customers, suppliers or sponsors for a product or service via any media. Elements such as research and data-mining should be included, together with the estimated lifetime value of new customers.

Judges will look for:

  • discussion about the value of these acquired customers, expressed in either dollar value or some other measurable way
  • a clear explanation of the direct role of the campaign in driving the acquisition of these customers
  • ROI.
