This could either be campaign-specific, a single-customer view enabling one-off or multiple campaigns, or increased business efficiency.
Entrants should demonstrate how the solution enhanced marketing activities.
Judges will look for:
evidence of staff commitment to utilising the solution
how measurement was built into the solution
the increase in business efficiency as a result.
