CRM and Data Management

Acknowledging exceptional solutions for managing customer and/or prospect data and information, including methods of collection, storage, cleansing, authentication and integration. This could either be campaign-specific, a single-customer view enabling one-off or multiple campaigns, or increased business efficiency.

Entrants should demonstrate how the solution enhanced marketing activities. 

Judges will look for:

  • evidence of staff commitment to utilising the solution
  • how measurement was built into the solution
  • the increase in business efficiency as a result.
